Arcom has decided not to oppose the change in capital, corporate name, corporate form and corporate officer of SARL Agence FG, which directly controls two provider of radio services:
- SAS FG Concept, licensed to broadcast the category D service Radio FG on FM and DAB+;
- SARL FG Music Development, licensed to broadcast the category B services FG Chic and Maxximum on DAB+.
These changes are not such as to compromise the fundamental imperative of plurality and the public interest.
