Reopening of the September 22, 2021 call for FM applications in the Antilles and Guyana CTA area (decision of March 22, 2023)

On March 22, 2023, Arcom decided to reopen the September 22, 2021 call for FM applications in the community of Saint-Martin (under the jurisdiction of the CTA Antilles et de la Guyane) in order to add the 103.0 MHz frequency in Saint-Martin to the list of available frequencies in the call decision. The deadline for applications is April 25, 2023.

Applicants who have already submitted an application under this call are not required to complete a new application, but may update their application on the occasion of this reopening, in which case they will send the CTA des Antilles et de la Guyane, in accordance with the procedures and deadlines set out in the reopening decision, any updating information they deem necessary.
