Antoine Boilley is a member of the college of the French regulatory authority for audiovisual and digital communication (Arcom). He joined Arcom in February 2023.
Born in 1977, Antoine Boilley is a graduate of HEC business school and holds a post-graduate diploma (DESS) in audiovisual communication from the University of Paris I-Panthéon Sorbonne. He joined France Télévisions in 2001 as an intern. After initial experience at France 3, he joined France Télévisions in 2003, first as project manager, then as project director working with several general managers. In particular, he worked on the creation of France 24 and France 4, and on drawing up the Group's Contract of Objectives and Means.
He subsequently held key positions in various entities. In 2008, he became General Secretary of the commercial division, France Télévisions Entreprises. In 2011, he was appointed deputy to the director of programs at France 2, where he spent seven years, successively as general secretary and deputy director. In 2019, he became Secretary General of France Télévisions' antennas. Since 2020, he had been the group's deputy director of marketing and communications. At the same time, Antoine Boilley is an associate professor at CELSA - Sorbonne University.
Antoine Boilley joined Arcom in February 2023. He chairs the "Audiovisual, cinematic and musical creation and production" working group and vice-chairs the "Online platforms" working group.
