Accessibility
Article 47 of French law no. 2005-102 of February 11, 2005 on equal rights and opportunities, participation and citizenship makes it mandatory for all online public communication services to be accessible to all.
Accessibility policy (RGAA)
As accessibility is one of Arcom's core concerns, the Arcom website has been designed and created to meet the requirements of the W3C WCAG2.0 standard, to enable access to pages for people with disabilities, and to ensure compatibility with various assistance tools and browsing means (voice reader, Braille display, mouse-free browsing, etc.).
Compliance status
The arcom.fr site is partially compliant with the new version of the General Accessibility Guidelines for Public Administrations, RGAA version 4.1.2, with a compliance rate of 81.25%. Most of the site is fully usable for all Internet users, including the blind and keyboard users. Systematic correction of residual non-conformities is underway.
The arcom.fr site is based on the RGAA 4.1.2 (Référentiel Général d'Amélioration de l'Accessibilité) standard.
