The French regulatory authority for audiovisual and digital communication (Arcom) has ten departments, most of which are organized into departments. Engineers, legal experts and economists make up a large proportion of the staff working on audiovisuel and digital communication regulation, alongside qualified administrative and technical staff.

Under the authority of the Managing Director, Arcom's administration is responsible for the preparation and execution of deliberations.
