What can I find in the archives?

Access archived content from the French Superior Audiovisual Council, Hadopi and Arcom.

The Arcom archive area includes archived content from the former French Superior Audiovisual Council (French Superior Audiovisual Council) and Haute Autorité pour la diffusion des œuvres et la protection des droits sur Internet (Hadopi) websites, as well as certain archives from the French regulatory authority for audiovisual and digital communication (Arcom). These publications and documents are no longer available in the main sections of the site, but remain accessible in this area for research or documentation purposes, and in particular for academic work.

Content from the French Superior Audiovisual Council is gradually being integrated into this section, and new items will be added in due course.

Why are the French Superior Audiovisual Council and Hadopi mentioned on the Arcom website?

On January 1, 2022, the French Superior Audiovisual Council (French Superior Audiovisual Council) and the Haute Autorité pour la diffusion des œuvres et la protection des droits sur internet (Hadopi) merged to form the Autorité de régulation de la communication audiovisuelle et numérique (Arcom).

Arcom is the guarantor of freedom of communication, and ensures that audiovisual and digital media are pluralist and respectful of all.
