Arcom was alerted to a segment of the program 100 jours avec les secours, shown on October 31, 2024 on RMC Story, devoted to interventions by the Bourges SAMU, during which the plaintiff and her daughter were filmed.

Noting the imperfect protection of the image of the plaintiffs in a particularly sensitive context, the Authority reminded the service editor of the need to ensure, in all circumstances, strict abidance by the provisions of article 2-3-4 of its agreement, under the terms of which the editor "shall respect the rights of individuals relating to their private life, image, honor and reputation as defined by law and case law".

The publisher has also informed Arcom that it has withdrawn the disputed sequence, which will no longer be shown in future.
