2020 review of audiovisual production obligations

Arcom has examined the declarations of 29 publishers or groups of publishers subject to audiovisual production contribution obligations for the 2020 financial year.
Following this review, the Authority :
- approached publishers of the Game One, J One, Museum TV, MyZen, Melody, Melody d'Afrique, Trace Toca, Trace Caribean, Trace Urban and Trace Africa services to demand that they improve their compliance with regulatory and contractual obligations;
- firmly drew the attention of service editor RMC Découverte to the qualification of programs for which expenditure is valued as heritage production.
