Arcom has examined the declarations of 29 publishers or groups of publishers subject to audiovisual production contribution obligations for the 2020 financial year.

Following this review, the Authority :

  • approached publishers of the Game One, J One, Museum TV, MyZen, Melody, Melody d'Afrique, Trace Toca, Trace Caribean, Trace Urban and Trace Africa services to demand that they improve their compliance with regulatory and contractual obligations;
  • firmly drew the attention of service editor RMC Découverte to the qualification of programs for which expenditure is valued as heritage production.
