2021 review of audiovisual production obligations

Arcom has examined the declarations of 26 publishers or groups of publishers subject to audiovisual production contribution obligations for the 2021 financial year.
As a result of this examination, the Authority has contacted the service editors Game One and J One AB1, Auto Moto, Animaux, Chasse et Pêche, Game One, J One, Mangas, Sciences et Vie TV, Toute l'Histoire, Trek, Melody, Melody d'Afrique, Museum TV, MyZen, Trace Africa, Trace Carribean and Trace Urban, asking them to ensure greater compliance with their regulatory and contractual obligations.
