As part of the sanction proceedings initiated on April 2, 2024 against La Chaîne Info concerning the television service of the same name regarding compliance with the provisions of article 1 of the deliberation of April 18, 2018 relating to the honesty and independence of news and the programs that contribute to it (to which article 2-3-7 of its agreement refers), Arcom has decided to dismiss the company concerning the 24h Pujadas program shown on December 7, 2023.
Decision no. 2024-652 of July 3, 2024 concerning the legal sanctions proceedings initiated against La Chaîne Info on April 2, 2024.
