As the obligations relating to maximum advertising time for the television services 6ter, Chérie 25, RMC Découverte, RMC Story, TF1 Séries Films and L'Équipe are evolving, these services will no longer benefit in the near future from the specific arrangement set out in V of Article 15 of Decree no. 92-280 of March 27, 1992the application of which is limited to seven years from the date stipulated in the authorization for the actual start of broadcasts.

The CSA has therefore set December 12, 2019 as the date on which the new obligation will apply to these services (limiting the daily average hourly volume of advertising to a maximum of nine minutes).
