Abrogation of the authorization of a DAB+ multiplex operator and appointment of a new operator.

In response to a request from the thirteen radio service editors authorized to use DAB+ on channel 8A in the Marseille intermediary zone to change their multiplex operator, Arcom decided, under article 30-2 of the French law of September 30, 1986, to abrogate the September 25, 2013 authorization issued to Radiomux, with effect from June 9, 2023.
With effect from the same date and until June 19, 2024, the Authority has issued a license to Compagnie des multiplexes DAB, designated as the new multiplex operator.
