As the Association pour la promotion de la musique classique (APMC) has expressed its wish to return the electrical radio resource allocated to it for the operation of the Accent 4 radio service in category A in the Strasbourg extended area, Arcom has decided to abrogate the authorization decision of December 20, 2017.
