France Télévisions applied to Arcom for authorization to insert an advertising screen in the Duels en familles show, broadcast from Monday to Friday on France 3, in application of article 29 of its specifications.
After noting in particular that the qualifying and final parts of the program concerned were based on different game mechanics and involved participants whose number and status changed between the two phases, the Authority decided to authorize the interruption of the program by advertising messages between the qualifying and final phases.
