Pursuant to article 42-3 of the French law of September 30, 1986, Arcom decided to approve the change of capital, resulting in a change of control, and of the presidency of SA Africa Média, holder of the authorizations to broadcast the category D service Africa Radio, on FM and DAB+.
The Authority also decided not to oppose the modification of the service's program, consisting in particular in the on-air diffusion of a greater proportion of music.
These changes are not such as to compromise the fundamental imperative of plurality and the public interest.
