Pursuant to the fifth paragraph of article 42-3 of the law of September 30, 1986, Arcom has decided to approve the change in capital, resulting in a change of control, of Alouette Développement II, which directly or indirectly owns the companies providing the Alouette, Beau Soleil programme Alouette, Tempo programme Alouette, Magic programme Alouette and Alouette Loches / Alouette Châteauroux radio services.
This change, which does not result in any change of control, is not such as to compromise the fundamental imperative of plurality and the public interest.
