Arcom has decided not to object to the change in capital of Alouette Développement II, which directly or indirectly controls the providers of category B radio services: Alouette, Beau Soleil programme Alouette, Tempo programme Alouette, Magic programme Alouette and Alouette Loches / Alouette Châteauroux.
This change does not constitute a substantial modification of the data on the basis of which broadcasting licences were issued to each of these subsidiaries.
