Pursuant to article 42-3 of the French law of September 30, 1986, Arcom has decided to approve the change in capital, leading to a change in control, and in the chairmanship of Angers Loire Télévision, the company licensed to broadcast the Angers Télé service on DTT.
These changes are not such as to compromise the fundamental imperative of plurality and the public interest.
