Pursuant to articles L. 43 III, R. 20-44-12 and R. 20-44-13 of the French Post and Electronic Communications Code, Arcom has appointed Mr. Julien Mourlon, Director of Television and Video on Demand, to represent it on the Board of Directors of the Agence Nationale des Fréquences, for a period of five years.
