Approval of DAB+ diffusion sites

As part of the July 24, 2019 call for tenders, Arcom approved the SAS Région Mux broadcast site in the Metz local area (channel 5A).
It also approved the transmission sites proposed by SAS Compagnie des multiplexes DAB in the Nancy étendu zone (channel 8D, except for those in Épinal and Saint-Dié-des-Vosges, which are authorized on channel 6A).
