Arcom Rennes: several operators' authorizations renewable

Arcom has given a favorable ruling on the possibility of renewing the authorizations issued to the following publishers for the first time, without a call for bidders and for a period of five years from December 1, 2025:
- category B: Océane (Nivillac, Guer, Questembert, Redon); RCA (Bain-de-Bretagne, Châteaubriant);
- category D: BFM Business (Nantes, Angers, Brest); M Radio (Vitrés); Radio Classique (Nantes, Vannes); Skyrock (Cholet);
- category E: RMC (Nantes).
