Arcom was alerted to a segment on the COP28 program Bercoff dans tous ses états, shown on Sud Radio and Sud Radio + on December 7, 2023.
It noted that several statements contradicted or minimized the existing scientific consensus on current climate change, through a treatment that lacked rigor and contradiction.
The diffusion of this sequence therefore characterized a breach of the obligations set out in article 1 of the deliberation of April 18, 2018, to which article 2-2 of the Sud Radio and Sud Radio + services agreement refers, as well as a breach of the contractual stipulations relating to on-air control.
