Arcom was alerted to comments made on the program Bercoff dans tous ses états, shown on Sud Radio on March 18, 2022.
In particular, it noted that the guest had given a disturbing description of people of immigrant background as a whole, using vocabulary and historical comparisons that incited hatred and violence against this group on the grounds of race, ethnic origin and nationality. It considered that these remarks thus characterized a breach by the publisher of the provisions of article 15 of the law of September 30, 1986, as well as of the stipulations of article 2-4 of the agreement of January 20, 2021.
