Pursuant to the provisions of the second paragraph of article 42-3 of the law of September 30, 1986, Arcom has approved the change in ownership of the broadcasting license issued to NextRadioTV, for the operation of the BFM Radio service in category D on the M2 mainland multiplex, to the benefit of BFM TV, a subsidiary of NextRadioTV.
