Arcom was alerted to a segment of the program BFMTVSD, shown on BFM TV on December 5, 2021, which mentioned the violence that had taken place during a political rally.
It ruled that the comments made by a guest, which could not be construed as incitement to violent behavior, did not constitute a breach of the channel's ethical obligations.
