Arcom has amended its decision of May 17, 2022, summoning applications for FM frequencies in the area covered by the Dijon territorial committee, in order to revoke from the list of available frequencies the 96.9 MHz and 101.8 MHz resources at Besançon, currently operated by radio service editors who, on January 11, 2023, benefited from a five-year extension of their broadcasting authorization on the basis of article 29-1 of the law of September 30, 1986.
