Arcom was alerted to the diffusion on March 21, 2023, in the 8pm news broadcast on TF1 and the Calvi 3D program on BFM TV, as well as in the Première édition program broadcast the following day on BFM TV, of interviews with the child victim of the road accident caused by Mr. Pierre Palmade on February 10.
