The French Superior Audiovisual Council, which became the Autorité de régulation de la communication audiovisuelle et numérique (Arcom) on January^1, 2022, has adopted a draft agreement with Canal+ Thématiques applicable to the Canal+ Grand Écran service, intended to be shown or distributed by networks not using frequencies summonsed by the Council.
