Translations are provided as a service to Arcom users and are supplied “as is”, throught the DeepL tool. Consequently, only the text of the original version is authentic.
Arcom has decided not to oppose the change in the capital of CapRadio and Groupe 1981, which directly or indirectly control the companies that publish the Collector Radio (category D), Forum (category B), Latina (categories B and D), Oüi FM (categories B and D), Radio Life (category D), Swigg (categories B and D), Vibration (category B) and Voltage (category B) services.
This change does not constitute a substantial alteration to the data on the basis of which broadcasting licences were issued to each of these subsidiaries.
