Pursuant to article 42-3 of the law of September 30, 1986, Arcom has decided not to oppose the change in the capital of CapRadio, which indirectly controls the companies providing radio services for Ado, Blackbox, Collector Radio, Forum, Forum Maine-et-Loire, Latina, Oüi FM, Radio Life, Vibration, Voltage and Wit FM.
This capital-intensive development, which does not result in any change of control, is not such as to compromise the fundamental imperative of plurality and the public interest.
