Changes in the capital and governance of providers of radio services

Arcom has decided to approve changes to the capital and corporate officers of SAS Espace Communication et Conseil, authorized to show the category B and C services Playlist Radio and Nostalgie Mont-Blanc, and SARL Musique Information Diffusion, provider of the category B service Radio Mont-Blanc. These two companies are indirectly controlled by SAS Bontaz Groupe.

The Authority has taken into account compliance with contractual obligations relating to the programming of the Playlist Radio, Nostalgie Mont-Blanc and Radio Mont-Blanc services over the two years preceding the year in which the application for approval was made.

These changes, in the absence of any modification to the format, the general characteristics of the programs and the names of the services as mentioned in the agreements relating to each of these services, are not such as to compromise the fundamental imperative of plurality and the public interest.
