Changes in the capital and governance of several providers of radio and television service editors
Arcom has decided not to object to the change in capital, leading to a change in control, of SAS Trace Holding, which directly controls the company that publishes the television services Trace Urban, Trace Caribbean, Trace Toca and Trace Gospel, and indirectly holds a minority share in the company that publishes the radio services Trace FM Guadeloupe, Trace FM Martinique, Trace FM Guyane (category B) and Trace Radio (category D), authorized in FM for the first three and in DAB+ for the last.
This modification is not such as to compromise the fundamental imperative of plurality and the public interest, and does not infringe the provisions of article 40 of the law of September 30, 1986.
The Authority also decided not to oppose the change in the management of SAS Trace Caribbean.
