Arcom has decided not to oppose the change in capital of SA SECOM, which directly or indirectly controls the providers of the radio services Émotion FM, My Zen Radio (category B), Figaro Radio and Melody (category D), on the one hand, and the television services Le Figaro TV IDF, Melody, Melody d'Afrique, My Zen TV, Museum and The Museum Channel, on the other.
This modification, which does not result in any change of control, is not such as to compromise the fundamental imperative of plurality and the public interest.
It also decided to approve the change in control of SAS Médias Ile-de-France, a subsidiary of SECOM authorized to operate the Figaro Radio and Le Figaro TV IDF services, to joint control by the SECOM and Figaro groups.
