Changes to DTT broadcasting technical specifications

As of June 4, 2024, Arcom has authorized:
- multiplex R1 to change broadcaster in the Barcelonnette area ;
- multiplexes R1 and R7 to change diffusion sites in the Abondance, Agen-d'Aveyron, Morez and Souillac areas.
