Changes to DTT broadcasting technical specifications

Please note that not all the files have been translated.
Arcom has authorized :
- multiplex R1 to change its diffusion site in the Lamastre 1 and Riez 1 zones, and its broadcaster in the Villeneuve-Loubet zone;
- multiplex R2 to change its diffusion site in the Annecy area;
- multiplex R7 to change its diffusion site in the Privas area.
These changes took place on April 5, 2022.
