Changes to DTT diffusion features

Arcom has authorized :
- multiplexes R1, R2 and R6 to change diffusion sites in the Orbeil 2 and Vieussan 1 areas
- multiplex R4 to change its diffusion site in the Chanteuges area
- multiplex R7 to change its diffusion site in the Vieussan 1 area.
