Arcom has decided not to object to the program modifications requested by the Chérie FM network for its subsidiary local stations (category C), its national programs and its opting outs broadcast in Paris, Fontainebleau and Compiègne (category D), and by the non-subsidiary local stations Chérie FM Haut de France and Chérie FM Grand Sud (category C).

These changes consist, for category C, in eliminating the midday flash and modifying the daily breakdown of local news and features shown during the week, and, for category D, in increasing the duration (from 21 minutes to 25 minutes 30) and modifying the breakdown of news, including those specific to Paris, Fontainebleau and Compiègne.

These modifications do not appear to be of a substantial nature, due to their purpose or scope, nor of such a nature as to compromise the fundamental imperative of plurality and the public interest.
