Chérie FM Dordogne: program changes

Pursuant to article 42-3 of the French law of September 30, 1986, Arcom has decided not to oppose the program modification demand made by Chérie FM Réseau, which operates the category C radio service Chérie FM Dordogne in Périgueux, Bergerac and Sarlat-la-Canéda.
This change involves the diffusion in these three zones of the local interest program already shown by Chérie FM Réseau in the Bordeaux zone, with the exception of local news and features, which will remain specific to Périgueux, Bergerac and Sarlat-la-Canéda.
This change does not appear to be of a substantial nature, due to its purpose or scope, nor of such a nature as to compromise the fundamental requirement of plurality and the public interest.
