Arcom has decided to classify the Canal+, Canal+ Cinéma(s) and Canal+ BoxOffice services as first exclusivity cinema services, in accordance with the criteria set out in article 6-3 of the decree of January 17, 1990, in light of the list of commitments to acquire feature-length cinematographic works, in particular original French-language films (EOF), provided by the Canal Plus group.
