Considering that the modification of the contractual commitments of the category D services Collector Radio and Radio Life relating, on the one hand, to the general characteristics of their programming, on the other hand, to their maximum daily duration of authorized advertising and, finally, to the possibility they have of diffusing data associated with the audio stream, is not likely to significantly modify the markets in question, the Autorité has decided not to oppose the modification of these contractual commitments nor that of the corporate form of Collector Radio, provider of the eponymous service.

These modifications do not appear to be of a substantial nature, due to their purpose or scope, nor to be such as to compromise the fundamental imperative of plurality and the public interest.
