Pursuant to article 42-3 of the French law of September 30, 1986, Arcom has decided not to oppose the change in capital of SAS Collector Radio, the licensee of the DAB+ DAB+ service of the same name.
This change, which does not result in any change of control, is not such as to compromise the fundamental requirement of plurality and the public interest.
