On December 8, 2021, the French Superior Audiovisual Council, now Arcom, adopted a decision concerning the commitments of radio services with regard to the exposure of French-language songs. This deliberation notably modified the definition of new talent, significant listening hours and the frequency of monitoring.

In order to apply these new schemes to publishers, these changes must be incorporated into the agreements currently in force.

Arcom has adopted a third series of amendments, concerning 13 services.
