In accordance with the provisions of articles 42-1 and 48-2 of the law of September 30, 1986, amended by the law of October 25, 2021, Arcom has decided on the following composition of the restricted formations of the college competent to pronounce formal notices and legal sanctions in the event of failure to comply with obligations to contribute to the development of audiovisual and cinematic production:
- panels responsible for issuing formal notices: Hervé Godechot, Jean-François Mary, Laurence Pécaut-Rivolier and Juliette Théry;
- legal sanctions panel: Roch-Olivier Maistre, Carole Bienaimé Besse, Anne Grand d'Esnon, Benoît Loutrel and Denis Rapone.
