Arcom has amended its deliberation of July 6, 2022 setting the composition of the panels mentioned in articles 42-1 and 48-2 of the law of September 30, 1986 to take account of the partial renewal of its college on February 7, 2023.
The restricted formations of the college are now composed as follows:
- panel responsible for issuing formal notices: Mr Antoine Boilley, Mr Hervé Godechot, Mrs Laurence Pécaut-Rivolier and Mrs Juliette Théry ;
- legal sanctions panel: Roch-Olivier Maistre, Anne Grand d'Esnon, Bénédicte Lesage, Benoît Loutrel and Denis Rapone.
