In application of the last paragraph of II of article 29-1 of the law of September 30, 1986, the French Superior Audiovisual Council, which became the French regulatory authority for audiovisual and digital communication (Arcom) on January1, 2022, has extended the FM authorizations issued to the following operators for a period of five years:

  • Category A: Radio Albatros (Le Havre); Radio La Sentinelle (Rouen);
  • Category B: Tendance Ouest (Rouen); Tendance Ouest Seine-Maritime (Le Havre);
  • in category D: France Maghreb 2 (Le Havre); Jazz Radio (Verneuil-sur-Avre); M Radio (Bernay); Oüi FM (Fécamp); Skyrock (Évreux, Dieppe, Rouen, Bernay, Verneuil-sur-Avre, Le Havre); TSF Jazz (Rouen).
