DAB+: abrogation of a multiplex operator's authorization and appointment of a new operator (Lyon extended)

Arcom examined the submissions of a case before the court from providers of radio services licensed in DAB+ in the extended Lyon area, seeking to change their multiplex operator. Pursuant to the provisions of article 30-2 of the French law of September 30, 1986, the Authority has decided :
- to abrogate, with effect from May 6, 2024, the decision of May 16, 2018, as amended, authorizing Cmux to operate the multiplex in the extended Lyon area;
- to issue, with effect from the same date and until December 4, 2028, an authorization to Compagnie des multiplexes DAB, designated as the new multiplex operator.
