As part of the July 24, 2019 call for applications, the French Superior Audiovisual Council (French Superior Audiovisual Council), which became the French regulatory authority for audiovisual and digital communication (Arcom) on January 1, 2022, approved the draft agreements and amendments, and issued the frequency usage authorizations to the selected candidates for the local allocations and those extended to Brest and Rennes.
