Arcom has decided to authorize a change to the authorization issued to OpeNMux, operator of the M2 in mainland France multiplex for the Laval, Thiers and Trets sites, involving a modification to the antenna scheme at the three sites.
This change does not present any incompatibility with the French and international spectrum and does not entail any substantial modification of the data on the basis of which the authorization was issued, within the meaning of the first paragraph of article 42-3 of the law of September 30, 1986.
