The French Superior Audiovisual Council, which became the Autorité de régulation de la communication audiovisuelle et numérique (Arcom) on January1, 2022, received a complaint from the president of Debout la France concerning the speaking time granted to his political party on Radio France.

The Council reminded the interested party that, during its assessment of the principle of political plurality in the third quarter of 2021 on October 28, the Council noted that Debout la France was under-represented in the programs of France Inter, France Info, TF1 and France 3. On the other hand, with regard to France 2, France 5, M6, RMC Story, RMC Découverte, BFMTV, LCI, CNews, BFM Business, RMC and Sud Radio, it noted that Debout la France had benefited from radio access in line with the criteria set out in the deliberation of November 22, 2017.
