L'Autorité de régulation de la communication audiovisuel et numérique ;

Having regard to the electoral code;

Having regard to Act no. 77-729 of July 7, 1977, as amended, relating to the election of representatives to the European Parliament, in particular article 19 ;

Having regard to Act no. 86-1067 of September 30, 1986, as amended, relating to freedom of communication, in particular article 16 ;

Having regard to Decree no. 79-160 of February 28, 1979, amended, enforcing Law no. 77-729 of July 7, 1977, on the election of representatives to the European Parliament;

Having regard to decree no. 2024-226 of March 12, 2024 convening voters for the election of representatives to the European Parliament;

Having regard to the order of May 17, 2024 establishing the candidate lists for the election of representatives to the European Parliament on June 8 and 9, 2024;

Having regard to decision no. 2024-292 of April 25, 2024 relating to the conditions for the production, programming and diffusion of election campaign broadcasts for the European elections on June 8 and 9, 2024;

After deliberation,

Decides:

Art. 1. - Pursuant to II of article 19 of the aforementioned law of July 7, 1977, each of the lists mentioned in the aforementioned order of May 17, 2024 is entitled to three minutes' broadcasting time on each of the services mentioned in the aforementioned decision of April 25, 2024, relating to the conditions for the production, programming and diffusion of broadcasts relating to the official campaign. This time is divided, for each list, into two broadcasts of one minute and thirty seconds each.

Art. 2 - The duration of one of the two broadcasts mentioned in the preceding article may, where appropriate, be increased if the breakdown of broadcast durations provided for in III and IV of article 19 of the aforementioned law of July 7, 1977 results in the allocation of insufficient additional duration to produce a separate broadcast.

Art. 3 - The present decision will be published in the Journal officiel de la République française.
